Bio: Nigar Khudadat qizi Rafibeyli, was Azerbaijani writer and the Chairman of the Writers' Union of Azerbaijan. She was the mother of Anar Rzayev, novel and short-story writer, and wife of famous writer and poet Rasul Rza.
