Bio: Ram Lakhan Singh Yadav was an Indian politician. He was elected to the 10th Lok Sabha, lower house of the Parliament of India from the Arrah, Bihar in 1991 as a member of the Janata Dal but joined the Congress in controversial circumstances which helped save Narasimha Rao Government in the July 28 1993 no confidence vote.
